Ship-Ready by LumeGrid

Terms of Service

Last updated: October 23, 2026

These terms cover trylumegrid.com/fix and Ship-Ready: fixed-price diagnoses and fixes for apps built with AI coding tools. LumeGrid is a trade name of Starlight Virtual Solutions LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“LumeGrid,” “we,” “us”). Contact: hello@trylumegrid.com. By placing an order or using a free tool on this site, you agree to these terms, our Privacy Policy and our Refund Policy.

1. What we sell

The service page as it was when you ordered defines what your order includes.

2. Orders, prices and payment

Prices are in US dollars and shown on the service page and at checkout. Any sales tax that applies is calculated and shown at checkout.

Payments are processed by Stripe on a Stripe-hosted checkout page. We never see or store your full card number. One-time orders are charged when you check out.

If what you send is larger than what you paid for, we tell you before starting and nothing extra is charged without your agreement.

3. Delivery and turnaround

The clock starts when we have access to your repository or a code export: 24 hours for a Diagnosis, 48 hours for a Fix and 5 days for a Launch pass.

We deliver by email or download link. If something outside our control delays your order, we tell you as soon as we know.

4. AI-assisted production

We use AI coding assistants alongside our own engineering work. Fixes go into your existing code on a branch you can review before you merge.

5. Your materials

You may send us repository access or code exports, app links, error descriptions and screenshots. You confirm you have the right to share them with us and that they are lawful.

You give us permission to use your materials only to produce, deliver and support your order. We don’t sell your materials, use them in our marketing without your written permission, or use them to train AI models.

6. Who owns the work

Once your order is paid, you own the finished deliverables we make for you and can use them for your own business. You keep all rights to the materials you send us. We keep the rights to our own templates, tools and know-how.

7. Your code and access

You own your code and every change we make to it. Give us the least access needed (a repo invite or a zip) and never send production passwords or secret keys; if a fix needs a secret, we tell you where to set it yourself. Keep your own backups and review changes before merging.

We deliver code changes on a branch or as a patch for you to review. We only deploy to production when your order includes it (Launch pass) or you ask us to.

8. Acceptable use

You agree to follow our Acceptable Use Policy. We can decline or stop an order that breaks it and refund any work not yet delivered.

9. Refunds and cancellation

Our refund promises are on the Refund Policy page. There are no subscriptions on this site.

10. Chargebacks

If a charge looks wrong, please email us first at hello@trylumegrid.com so we can fix it quickly. If you open a chargeback or payment dispute instead, we may pause open work on your order while it is reviewed, and we will share the order records needed to respond with Stripe and your card issuer. If a dispute is decided in your favor, we won’t charge you again for that order.

11. No guarantees beyond these terms

We don’t guarantee that your app will be free of other bugs, pass a security audit or reach any business result.

Except for the promises on our service pages, these terms and our Refund Policy, the service is provided as is, without other warranties, to the extent the law allows.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, and we aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that can’t be waived.

13. Your responsibilities

To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover losses and reasonable costs we face from third-party claims caused by materials you send us or by how you use the deliverables.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute we can’t resolve by email will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Idaho, unless the law where you live gives you the right to bring a claim locally.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The version posted when you placed an order applies to that order. The date at the top shows the latest update.
