LumeGrid is a trade name of Starlight Virtual Solutions LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“LumeGrid,” “we,” “us”). See also our Terms of Service.

If we can't fix the blocker you paid for, you get a full refund within 14 days. Buy a fix within 14 days of a diagnosis and we refund the $49.

Fix and Launch pass

If we can't fix the blocker you paid for, you get a full refund within 14 days.

If we find the work is bigger than what you ordered, we tell you before starting and you decide whether to go ahead. Nothing extra is charged without your OK.

Diagnosis

Buy a fix within 14 days of a diagnosis and we refund the $49.

The $49 goes back to your original payment method after the fix order is paid.

How to ask

Email hello@trylumegrid.com from the address you ordered with and include your order email or receipt. Refunds go back to the original payment method through Stripe; your bank may take 5 to 10 business days to show it.
