This policy covers trylumegrid.com/fix and Ship-Ready: fixed-price diagnoses and fixes for apps built with AI coding tools. LumeGrid is a trade name of Starlight Virtual Solutions LLC, an Idaho limited liability company (“LumeGrid,” “we,” “us”). Contact: hello@trylumegrid.com. We collect only what we need to deliver your order and answer your questions.
What we collect
- Contact details: your name and email address, plus anything you put in messages or forms you send us.
- Order materials: repository access or code exports, app links, error descriptions and screenshots.
- Payment details: Stripe collects your card and billing details on its checkout page. Stripe shares with us your name, email, billing country or address (used for tax), the amount, the fields you fill in at checkout and your payment status. We never see or store your full card number.
- Technical data: our host, Cloudflare, processes standard request data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver pages and block abuse.
Analytics and cookies
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count page views in aggregate. It is cookieless: it sets no cookies, does no cross-site tracking and builds no personal profiles.
We also count clicks on checkout buttons and form submissions on this site. Each count records the event type, the page, the button link or form name, the time and your country as reported by Cloudflare. It doesn’t record your IP address, your name or anything you typed, and it sets no cookies. We keep these counts for up to 120 days.
We don’t use advertising pixels, tracking cookies or remarketing. Cloudflare may set a strictly necessary security cookie to block bots, and Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page under Stripe’s privacy policy. Because we don’t use tracking cookies, there is no cookie banner to accept.
How we use it
Only to fulfill and deliver your order, process payments and refunds, answer your questions, prevent abuse and keep basic business records. We don’t sell or rent your personal information, we don’t share it for advertising, we don’t add you to a mailing list without asking, and we don’t use your materials to train AI models.
Who processes it for us
- Stripe, for payments.
- Cloudflare, for website hosting, the intake form and cookieless analytics.
- GitHub or the code host you invite us to.
- Our email providers (Resend and Gmail), to write to you.
- AI coding assistants we use while working on your code.
These providers process data on our behalf, only to provide their service to us.
How long we keep it
When the work is delivered, remove our access; we delete our local copies of your code within 30 days. Intake form submissions that don’t lead to an order are deleted within 12 months. Never send production passwords or secret keys.
Order, payment and refund records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires.
Your choices and deletion requests
Email hello@trylumegrid.com from the address you used with us to see, correct, export or delete your data. We reply within 30 days and delete it on request, except for records we must keep by law. Depending on where you live, you may have other privacy rights, and we honor them on the same request.
Security
We use reputable providers, encrypted connections (HTTPS) and the least access needed to do the work. Please don’t send passwords, card numbers or secret keys by email or form.
Children
Our services are for businesses and adults. We don’t knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Where data is processed
We are based in the United States, and our providers may process data in the United States and other countries.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest update, and we won’t use data you already gave us in a materially new way without telling you.
