Your app and access

• Only ask us to work on code you own or are authorized to change.
• Give us the least access needed (a repo invite or a zip) and remove it when the work is delivered.
• Never send production passwords, service-role keys or other secrets. If a fix needs a secret, we tell you where to set it yourself.

What we won’t work on

• Malware, spam tools, scraping that breaks a site’s terms, apps that collect data without consent, or anything unlawful.

If something breaks this policy

We can decline or stop the order and refund any work not yet delivered. Tell us at hello@trylumegrid.com if you see something on our services that breaks it.
